My premium server was randomly suspended.

If your server was suspended, it could be one of these two reasons:

1. You haven't renewed your server

To keep your premium server, you MUST RENEW IT in the billing panel. If you fail to renew it at the end of your billing period, it will be suspended. If you plan to keep the server, please renew it quickly, or else it will be suspended.

2. You have broken our Terms

If you have broken one of our terms. If this is the case, your server will not be unsuspended.
